Parents Guide
At Fearless, we often receive questions from the parents of our little friends who, together with their children, enter the unique world of goalkeepers. That’s why we created a guide of the most frequent questions to help you choose the right pair!
+What glove size should I choose?
You should choose your glove size after consulting the “Size Chart” indicator on the product page you’re interested in. Glove size doesn’t directly correlate with the goalkeeper’s age.
+ How long do football gloves last?
Gloves are generally a consumable item. At a young age, one pair remains reliable if used 3–4 times per week for about 2–4 months. This depends on how you use them, the playing surface, how well you care for them, and the goalkeeper’s technique (as they grow, they stop lifting their palms off the ground). That’s why at younger ages it’s recommended to choose more affordable pairs to allow for frequent replacements.
+ How can I clean them?

+ What is finger protection?
Finger protection is a piece of plastic that fits on the back of the fingers, providing extra protection for the goalkeeper and preventing injuries. It’s commonly used up to around age 14, when goalkeepers are still learning basic ball-handling techniques, or whenever there’s particular sensitivity. You can always remove them whenever you wish.
+ What is glove glue?
Glove glue is an innovative Fearless product that enhances the quality of your ball contacts. When applied to the palm, it creates a sticky moisture that helps the goalkeeper grip the ball better. It can be used in training and matches, and even on worn-out gloves to improve their performance. It’s essential to wash the palm of the gloves after each use so the material doesn’t dry out on the latex.
+ What’s the difference in glove cuts?
The cut (roll finger, negative cut, flat palm) refers to the stitching method, mainly around the fingers, and affects how the gloves fit and how you contact the ball. It’s a personal choice which cut suits you best; most goalkeepers try different styles over time.
+ How thick should the palm be?
Palm thickness is measured in millimeters and is a basic indicator of glove quality. It usually ranges between 3 and 4 mm. However, thickness doesn’t directly affect durability.
+ What is customization?
Customization or printing is an addition of your choice that allows the product to display any name, number, or design you can imagine! Just enter your text in the appropriate field, choose your color, and soon you’ll have in your hands a unique pair just as you dreamed!
