Scope and Related Policies

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, account holders, and any other persons accessing or using the Site or purchasing products through it. They govern all distance sales contracts concluded through the Site unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our communications, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with all policies incorporated by reference.

If you place an order on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, products, services, legal obligations, or applicable regulations. Any amendments will apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms have been published on the Site, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

Orders may only be placed by individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and truthful, including your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, payment details, and any product selections, personalization requests, measurements, or other information required for your order.

We shall not be liable for any delay, failed delivery, additional costs, or inability to fulfil an order resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.

Products, Pricing, Orders and Payments

Product Availability and Product Information

All products displayed on the Site are offered subject to availability. The display of products on the Site constitutes an invitation to purchase and does not constitute a binding offer by Fearless Goalkeepers.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, pricing, images, colours, stock availability, and other content are accurate, occasional errors may occur. Product colours, prints, packaging, materials, textures, and minor finishing details may differ slightly from those displayed on your screen due to photography, monitor settings, manufacturing processes, or natural variations in materials.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item or the entire order and provide an appropriate refund.

Pricing and Pricing Errors

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Site are shown in Euro (€). Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. Any taxes, customs duties, import duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country for orders shipped outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time before an order is placed. Price changes shall not affect orders already accepted, except where an obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or system error has occurred.

If a product has been listed with an incorrect price or materially inaccurate information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund. Where appropriate, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.

Order Placement and Contract Formation

To place an order, you must complete the checkout process, provide all required information, select your preferred payment method, review your order carefully, and submit it using the order confirmation button.

After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email or otherwise communicate our acceptance by commencing fulfilment of your order. All orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud prevention procedures, and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory requirements, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay.

Payment Methods and Billing

We accept the payment methods displayed during the checkout process. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice and may vary depending on your location, order value, or other operational considerations.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate and complete.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Fearless Goalkeepers does not store complete payment card information and processes payment-related data only as permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Invoices, receipts, or other legally required tax documents will be provided electronically unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk

Ownership of the products shall remain with Fearless Goalkeepers until full payment has been received in cleared funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and these Terms.

Shipping, Cancellation, Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Order Processing, Dispatch, and Tracking

Orders for in-stock, non-personalized products are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day, provided they are placed before the applicable daily cut-off time. However, processing times may occasionally be extended due to high order volumes, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Custom Fit, personalized, printed, or made-to-order products require additional production time. Production of Custom Fit products begins only after the successful completion and confirmation of the Fearless Lab Form. Estimated production times for such products are communicated on the relevant product pages or within the Custom Fit section of these Terms.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

All delivery times displayed on the Site, during checkout, or in any post-purchase communication are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to carrier operations, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is free for orders over €50.

Where available, customers may select Express Delivery during checkout for an additional charge of €5, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Greece: Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days.
European Union: Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days. Express Delivery may be available during checkout depending on the destination.
United Kingdom: Shipping is currently unavailable.
United States & Canada: Shipping is currently unavailable.
Rest of the World: Shipping is currently unavailable.

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, Import Charges, and International Deliveries

At present, Fearless Goalkeepers ships only to Greece and countries within the European Union.

Should international shipping outside the European Union become available in the future, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong Address, Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Returned Parcels

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the shipment was not collected, delivery was refused without legal justification, or delivery failed due to circumstances attributable to you, we may require payment of the applicable re-shipping costs before dispatching the order again.

Where an eligible refund is requested after such a return, we reserve the right to deduct any unrecoverable shipping, handling, or return costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or is incomplete, you should notify the carrier where possible, retain the original packaging, take clear photographs, and contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed by the carrier to have been lost before delivery, we will, subject to stock availability, either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

Where tracking confirms successful delivery, we may require additional investigation before determining the appropriate remedy.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@fearlessgoalkeepers.com or by using any cancellation functionality made available on the Site.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund using the original payment method or another mutually agreed refund method.

For Custom Fit, personalized, or printed products, cancellation is also possible before production has commenced. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because these products are manufactured specifically according to your individual specifications.

For Custom Fit products, production begins only after the Fearless Lab Form has been completed and confirmed. Changes to measurements, specifications, or selected options may be requested within 48 hours after submission of the Fearless Lab Form. After this period, production is considered to have commenced and no further modifications or cancellations can be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase of eligible products within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit an unequivocal statement of your decision through your Order History page, where available, or by contacting us using the contact details provided in these Terms.

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized, including but not limited to Custom Fit goalkeeper gloves, products with custom printing, name or number printing, flag printing, or any other customer-specific modification, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following commercial return and exchange policy.

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and all accompanying accessories.

We also offer free returns for eligible products. Return shipping costs are covered by Fearless Goalkeepers.

Products with any type of personalization or printing, including Custom Fit goalkeeper gloves, products with custom ID printing, name or number printing, flag printing, or any other customer-specific modification, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Return or exchange requests should be submitted through your Order History page. If this option is unavailable, you may contact us at info@fearlessgoalkeepers.com or through one of our official social media channels.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed refund method.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Where an order originally qualified for free shipping but, following a partial return, no longer meets the applicable free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost applicable to the original order will be deducted from the refund.

No refund will be issued for personalized products, including Custom Fit goalkeeper gloves, printed products, or products manufactured according to your specifications, unless the product is defective, non-conforming, or otherwise refundable under mandatory applicable law.

If a returned product is found to have been used, damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to us, altered, incompletely returned, or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return, reduce the refund where legally permitted, or return the product to you.

Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

The following conditions apply to returns, exchanges and warranty claims:

Unused standard products may be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is covered by Fearless Goalkeepers, and you may choose either a refund or an exchange.
Unused standard products requiring a size exchange may be exchanged free of charge. Return shipping is covered by Fearless Goalkeepers.
Personalized or printed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or applicable law provides otherwise. Return shipping is initially paid by the customer and will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be defective. In such cases, only the remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws are available.
Custom Fit products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or applicable law provides otherwise. Return shipping is initially paid by the customer and will be reimbursed if the defect is confirmed. Only statutory warranty remedies are available.
Defective or non-conforming products may be returned. Return shipping is covered by Fearless Goalkeepers. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund.
Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the parcel is returned, it may be re-shipped after payment of the applicable shipping costs or refunded after deduction of any applicable costs.
Refused or uncollected parcels are not eligible for free return or exchange. They may be re-shipped after payment of the applicable shipping costs or refunded after deduction of any applicable costs.
Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Normal latex wear resulting from regular use is considered normal product wear and is not covered by the warranty.

Product-Specific Terms and Customer Content

Personalized Products

For the purposes of these Terms, "Personalized Products" means any product manufactured, printed, customized, modified, or otherwise produced according to your individual instructions or specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, products with custom ID printing, names, numbers, initials, flags, custom text, design modifications, special sizing requests, or any other customer-specific customization.

As Personalized Products are manufactured specifically for you and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer, they are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rights once production has commenced, except where the product is defective, non-conforming, or where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted by you are accurate, including spelling, names, numbers, measurements, colours, sizing selections, and any other information provided during the ordering process. Fearless Goalkeepers accepts no responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by you.

Fearless Lab – Custom Fit Products

Fearless Lab – Custom Fit products are individually manufactured according to the measurements, fit preferences, and specifications you provide through the Fearless Lab process.

Production begins only after the Fearless Lab Form has been fully completed and confirmed. Until that point, your order remains pending production.

You may request changes to your submitted measurements or specifications within 48 hours after completing the Fearless Lab Form. Once this period has expired, production is considered to have commenced and no further changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges can be accepted, except where the product is defective or mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Because every Custom Fit product is manufactured exclusively for the individual customer, its fit and performance depend directly on the accuracy of the measurements and information provided during the ordering process. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted measurements and specifications.

Minor dimensional tolerances, slight aesthetic differences, or small variations resulting from the handcrafted manufacturing process do not constitute manufacturing defects, provided the product substantially conforms to the approved specifications.

Product Care and Natural Latex Wear

Goalkeeper gloves are high-performance sports equipment designed for demanding use. The latex palm is a consumable performance material and naturally wears over time through normal use.

The lifespan of latex varies depending on numerous factors, including the playing surface, frequency of use, goalkeeper technique, weather conditions, maintenance, storage, washing methods, and whether the gloves are used primarily for training, matches, or both.

Natural grip reduction, abrasion, tearing caused by play, palm wear, finger friction, and gradual deterioration of the latex are normal characteristics of goalkeeper gloves and do not, by themselves, indicate a manufacturing defect.

The use of gloves on artificial turf, hard ground, abrasive surfaces, concrete, or poor-quality pitches significantly accelerates latex wear and may considerably reduce the product's lifespan.

Improper care, including incorrect washing, drying, storage, excessive heat exposure, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions, may also negatively affect the performance and durability of the gloves.

For best performance and longevity, customers should always follow the care instructions supplied with the product and those published on the Site.

Normal wear resulting from use is not covered by warranty and does not constitute a lack of conformity under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty and Claims Process

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you believe that a product is defective or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you should contact Fearless Goalkeepers as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

your order number;
a detailed description of the issue;
clear photographs showing the entire product together with close-up images of the alleged defect; and
any additional information reasonably requested to assess your claim.

Where necessary, we may request further photographs, proof of purchase, information regarding the product's use and care, or require the product to be returned for technical inspection.

Once we have received all required information, we will review your claim as promptly as reasonably possible. If inspection of the physical product is necessary, we will provide you with return instructions and keep you informed throughout the assessment process.

Following our evaluation, we will notify you of the outcome of your claim.

If the product is found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or a full refund. Where applicable, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

If the inspection determines that the reported issue results from normal wear and tear, natural latex deterioration, use on abrasive playing surfaces, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect measurements or specifications provided by you, the claim may be declined. In such cases, we may return the product to you or, where possible, offer a replacement or alternative solution at your expense.

Our warranty claims process is intended to provide a fair, transparent, and efficient assessment of every claim while fully respecting the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

Gift Cards

Fearless Goalkeepers Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed exclusively through the Site for eligible products available at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged for money, or resold, except where required by applicable law.

Where an order paid in whole or in part with a Gift Card is refunded, the refundable amount may be credited back to the original Gift Card or to a newly issued Gift Card, unless mandatory law requires a different refund method.

The available Gift Card values, redemption conditions, validity period, and any additional terms are displayed on the relevant Gift Card page at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Gift Card obtained, used, or transferred through fraud, unauthorized resale, technical manipulation, or any other unlawful or abusive activity.

Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Fearless Goalkeepers may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, seasonal offers, bundles, or other marketing promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers:

are valid only during the published promotional period;
apply only to eligible products specified in the promotion;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion where necessary for legal compliance, stock availability, technical errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, abuse, or any activity that compromises the fair operation of the promotion.

User Accounts

You may place orders either as a registered customer or as a guest, where this option is available.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts where we reasonably believe that they have been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms, including repeated abusive return requests, payment fraud, harassment of our staff, unauthorized attempts to access our systems, or any activity intended to interfere with the proper operation of the Site.

Reviews and User Content

We value authentic customer feedback and believe that genuine goalkeeper experiences provide the most reliable information about our products.

Reviews displayed on our Site may originate from trusted third-party marketplaces where Fearless Goalkeepers products are sold, including platforms such as Amazon, Skroutz, eMAG, and other official marketplaces.

We may periodically collect publicly available customer reviews from third-party marketplaces and display them without altering their content, meaning, or rating. Where an aggregated product rating is displayed on the Site, it is calculated using genuine customer reviews collected from these marketplaces and is updated periodically to reflect the real experiences of our community.

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, or other content directly to Fearless Goalkeepers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, publish, and use such content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of our products and services.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property, Liability and Legal Matters

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, descriptions, software, text, page layouts, databases, and all other intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to Fearless Goalkeepers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights or licenses are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

use the Site in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful software;
attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer data;
use automated tools, bots, or scraping software without our prior written permission;
commit payment fraud or identity fraud;

These services operate independently from Fearless Goalkeepers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or business practices.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fearless Goalkeepers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of the Site or the purchase or use of our products.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Site remains secure, accurate, and continuously available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will always be free from technical errors or vulnerabilities.

Force Majeure

Fearless Goalkeepers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, floods, fires, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, transport disruptions, strikes, labour shortages, customs delays, utility failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, supplier failures, shortages of raw materials, manufacturing interruptions, or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided.

Where a Force Majeure event significantly affects the performance of our obligations, we may suspend performance for the duration of the event, extend estimated delivery or production times accordingly, or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for any products that cannot reasonably be supplied.

Where reasonably possible, we will keep you informed about the status of any affected order and any measures taken to minimise the impact of such events.

Privacy and Personal Data

Fearless Goalkeepers processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why we process it, the legal bases for processing, how long we retain your information, your rights as a data subject, and how you can contact us regarding any privacy-related matters.

By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece and the applicable mandatory provisions of European Union law.

If you are a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably.

Consumers may also use any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts granted by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Language, Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms may be published in multiple languages for the convenience of our customers.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between different language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Notice, Cookie Policy (where applicable), and any product-specific policies or promotional terms published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fearless Goalkeepers regarding the use of the Site and the purchase of products.
